So before I head off to bed
I’ve been exercising a good amount for a few weeks. I haven’t noticed too big of a change. My arms are a tad bit bigger and I do have some more muscle, but my weight is the same and i still got my muffin top. Which sucks.
I haven’t exercised the past couple of days. I feel really stressed lately. Maybe its the fact that I’m moving to college. I’m not sure though.
